Before sowing, soak mint seeds in warm water for 4-6 hours. This step helps the seeds absorb enough water, stimulating the germination process faster.
After soaking, remove the seeds and let them drain. Sow seeds in loose, well-drained soil, about 0.5 cm deep and cover lightly with a thin layer of soil. Water evenly to keep the soil moist.
Place the pot or planting area in a place with moderate light, water regularly every day. After about 2-3 months, you can start harvesting mint leaves.
